Refund Policy

Conxeps Policy for Refunds Conxeps Always Try Best to Deliver Best Services to Its Clients. However in some cases where we have to refund customers they amount, our terms and conditions about refund policy will apply according to these conditions.

Paid More Than Actual Amount:

In case if customer has paid more price than actual price then we will refund total amount that will be exceeding from actual amount. For example if actual amount is $150 and customer paid $200 then exceeding amount i.e $50 will be refunded to customer. In case if customer has paid twice mistakenly then second payment will be refunded 100%.

If Consultant is Not Available:

We have Consultants for all our Offerings however in case if Consultant for required Service which you have placed order, is not available and we are unable to find appropriate Consultant for your desired Service, then 100% refund will be issued immediately.

If Consultant is Not Available:

Deadline Missed:

We always provide customers their work part by part. However final part is always provided them before delivery deadline. In case if deadline is missed more than 24 hours then we will issue 100% refund. However if deadline is missed till 24 hours then no refund will be issued. For such instance, customer will be sent a notification about delay in his order.
